About The Event

This weekend retreat is open for individuals to join our small group or a few friends coming together. We can accommodate up to six to eight people, which allows you to have a peaceful experience and allows me to focus on you.

Are you coming from the Washington, DC area? It's just a 1 hour and 20 minute drive from Arlington, Virginia.

Includes 3 days and 2 nights at our rustic-luxe, 36+ acre organic farm that has been completely renovated into a gorgeous retreat center. We’ve named this farm Moon Meadows Farm as it describes our mission: nature as healing, food as medicine, the divine feminine which allows all of us to be loving, kind, cooperative, receptive and creative.

Your retreat includes:

2 nights lodging (Friday and Saturday night)

5 organic meals cooked with love by Suzanne

2 to 3 yoga classes

2 meditations (or relaxing Yoga Nidra)

* optional: cooking class – learn how to prepare yummy/healthy food

Please see the schedule below. I’ve allowed plenty of time for you to read a book at one of the many lovely outdoor spaces, walk the 36 acres of land and connect with nature, or go on a local excursion – perhaps the beautiful wineries just 25 minutes away in Virginia, hike on the Appalachian trail or C&O canal (both just 20 minutes away), visit Antietam Battlefield or tour cool & hippy Shepherdstown just 15 minutes away. There are so many amazing things to do in this area (and also not to do!). I can also help you schedule a massage with a local practitioner. Or book a customized Ayurvedic health coaching session with me.

During your retreat, you will release anxiety and stress and awaken new levels of energy and vitality. You’ll return home refreshed and revitalized.

4:00-6:00pm Check in & relax

5:00pm - Yoga to unwind

6:30-7:30pm Dinner

7:45-8:30pm Fireplace ritual (relax around the fire pit with a glass or wine or your favorite beverage and participate in a sweet ritual to let go of your worries)


7:00-7:45am Gentle Wake up Yoga & Meditation

8:00-9:00am Breakfast

9:00-11:00am Free Time

11:00-noon - Cooking demonstration or Plants as Medicine Class

12:00-1:00pm Lunch (optional: with notice I can pack your lunch to go so that you can explore the local area)

1:00-4:30pm Free Time

4:30-5:15pm Yin Yoga & Meditation

6:30-7:30pm Dinner on your own in town


7:00-8:00am Gentle Wake up Yoga & Meditation

8:00-9:00am Breakfast

10:00-11:00am Guided hike on property - or I'll suggest a local hike

12:00-1:00pm Lunch

1:00pm Departure

• Transportation not included. It is a 1 hour 20 minute drive from the Arlington, Virginia area.

• Upon registration, you will receive directions, a packing list, and more.
