About The Event


Resident Chef, Suzanne Morgan, cooks super healthy, great tasting food and offers cooking demos, recipes to incorporate into your healthy life and instruction on meal planning throughout the weekend. Suzanne is a certified Health Coach and Ayurvedic Practitioner who loves to inspire and help guests create healthy habits. This retreat focuses on delicious, gluten-free, mostly-vegetarian food that will inspire you to uplevel your diet and feel great. 

This weekend retreat is open for individuals to join our small group or a few friends coming together. We can accommodate up to eight people, which allows you to have a peaceful experience and allows me to focus on you. 

Are you coming from the Washington, DC area? It's just a 1 hour and 20 minute drive from Arlington, Virginia.

Includes 3 days and 2 nights at our rustic-luxe, 36+ acre organic farm that has been completely renovated into a gorgeous retreat center. We’ve named this farm Moon Meadows Farm as it describes our mission: nature as healing, food as medicine, the divine feminine which allows all of us to be loving, kind, cooperative, receptive and creative.

Your retreat includes:

Cooking demonstrations & classes with resident Chef, Suzanne Morgan 

2 nights lodging (Friday and Saturday night) 

5 organic meals 

2 to 3 yoga classes 

2 meditations (or Yoga Nidra)

Single room – $649*

Shared rooms – $499* per person

* Add $50 if paying after Jan. 20


Please see the schedule below. I’ve allowed plenty of time for you to read a book at one of our many wonderful outdoor spaces, walk the 36 acres of land and connect with nature, do a walking meditation on our new labyrinth, enjoy our fire pit, or go on a local excursion – perhaps the beautiful wineries/breweries just 20 minutes away in Virginia, hike on the Appalachian trail or C&O canal (both just 20 minutes away), visit Antietam Battlefield or tour cool & hippy Shepherdstown just 15 minutes away. There are so many amazing things to do in this area (and also not to do!). This new yoga retreat center brings together luxury appointments with a focus on the healing power of plants and nature. 

During your retreat, you will release anxiety and stress and awaken new levels of energy and vitality. You’ll return home refreshed and revitalized. This is an all-levels event -- beginners welcome!

3:00-6:00pm Check in & relax 

5:00pm - All levels Yoga  

6:30-7:30pm Dinner

7:45-8:30pm Fireplace ritual to release what you no longer need (enjoy your favorite beverage at our new fire pit) 


7:30am Gentle Wake up Yoga & Meditation

9:00am Breakfast Preparation & Breakfast Inspirations

9:00-noon Cooking Demonstration & Tips for Meal Planning 

12:00-1:00pm Lunch 

1:00-4 pm Free Time

4:00-6:00 In the Kitchen with Suzanne

6 pm - 7:30 Dinner & Wine Pairing 

8:00-9:00pm Relax by the fire


7:30am Gentle Wake up Yoga & Meditation

9:00am Breakfast prep & Brunch

10:30-11:30am Local hike - on property 

1:00pm Departure
