About The Event

Being a sole-proprietor for 20 years, let me show you how to discover your dharma, create community, plan and lead your dream retreat and how to make money doing it!

I have been attending retreats since 1993 and leading three retreats a year locally and internationally since 2005.  It is one of my passions and very much a part of my holistic practice, Mandala Healing Arts. I have been on the staff of Sun and Moon Yoga Studio for 20 years and on the faculty of their acclaimed teacher training program.  Rixie Dennison, E-RYT-500, YACEP. I have been honored to serve on the Board of Directors of the Feathered Pipe Ranch, Helena, Montana 2014-2018 and now serve on the Board of Trustees (2018) for the Sevenoaks Retreat Center, Madison, Virginia.  This service gives me a keen insight into retreat center operations.8 Training Hours (YACEP) Yoga Alliance provided.

I love to create, theme and sit in the seat of the teacher and observe the magic happen all weekend. I have chosen the beautiful property of Moon Meadows Farm Retreat Center in Kearneysville, West Virginia – for our weekend together which is about 1 hour and 20 minutes from Northern Virginia.  My dear friend Suzanne Morgan who is co-owner of the center is living her dream life creating this amazing place for yoga retreats.
