About The Event
Health Coach, Ayurveda Practitioner and beloved yoga teacher, Suzanne Morgan, will guide you into a calming yoga retreat to help you reset your body and mind. You'll have plenty of healthy, delicious food that supports emotional balance, reseting the body and clearning the mind.
This weekend retreat is open for individuals to join our small group or a few friends coming together. We can accommodate up to eight people, which allows you to have a peaceful experience and allows me to focus on you.
Are you coming from the Washington, DC area? It's just a 1 hour and 20 minute drive from Arlington, Virginia.
Includes 3 days and 2 nights at our rustic-luxe, 36+ acre organic farm that has been completely renovated into a gorgeous retreat center. We’ve named this farm Moon Meadows Farm as it describes our mission: nature as healing, food as medicine, the divine feminine which allows all of us to be loving, kind, cooperative, receptive and creative.
Your retreat includes:
2 nights lodging (Friday and Saturday night)
5 organic meals cooked with love by Suzanne
2 to 3 yoga classes
Guided meditations, journing, goal-setting, coaching and instruction for healthy living!

Please see the schedule below. I’ve allowed plenty of time for you to read a book at one of our many wonderful outdoor spaces, walk the 36 acres of land and connect with nature. This new yoga retreat center brings together luxury appointments with a focus on the healing power of plants and nature.
During your retreat, you will release anxiety and stress and awaken new levels of energy and vitality. You’ll return home refreshed and revitalized. This is an all-levels event -- beginners welcome!

Travel:
• Transportation not included. It is a 1 hour 20 minute drive from the Arlington, Virginia area.
